Throughout her career in both the US and Australia she has built and advised businesses across fashion, retail, sport, entertainment and technology, with her work featured in Vogue, Forbes, CNBC and others. She also serves as an Industry Fellow with the QUT Leadership Institute, helping develop the next generation of business leaders.

Andy is the co-founder and former CEO of Ringers Western. Founded around a campfire on a cattle station, Ringers Western rapidly grew into one of Australia's most recognised brands, with a footprint that now reaches global markets. Andy exited after the PRE IPO was completed at the end of 2023.
Andy's experience brings our clients something simple: he's done what they're trying to do. Built the brand, scaled the distribution, managed the manufacturing, made the hard calls, built global scale and got to the other side.
He currently works across ecommerce, commercial strategy, manufacturing, distribution and brand, with active business interests spanning Australia and the US - including his roles as President/Director of Genuins USA (a 5th generation shoe company out of Spain) and Co-Founder of wellness and supplement company Alivia Wellness.

Jade is the former Chief Commercial Officer of award-winning advertising agency Claxon, and was one of the youngest General Managers ever at global media conglomerate NewsCorp.
Her time in complex solution selling and client service environments across multiple industries affords Jade a unique point of view on how exceptional client experience (CX) can be used as a tool to drive revenue on both sides of the line.
Jade's understanding of how brand and advertising drive profitability, whilst intertwining with CX, brings a unique "unlock" to businesses looking to attract new clients and deepen engagements with their existing ones.
